TMC Woodworking Product Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all products sold by TMC Woodworking ("The Company"). By
making a purchase, you are agreeing to the conditions laid out in this policy.

1. Warranty Duration: Unless stated differently on an individual product listing, our
products are covered by a one-year warranty from the purchase date. This warranty
covers any defects in materials or workmanship under regular use throughout the
Warranty Period.

2. What is Covered: During the Warranty Period, The Company will repair or replace, free
of charge, products or parts of a product that show defective due to improper material or
workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The Company will either repair the
product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the
product with a new or refurbished product.

3. Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions,
malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These
include but are not limited to damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage,
or improper installation.

4. Damage in Shipping: Any damages incurred during shipping must be reported to the
Company within 5 days of receipt of the product. The customer must provide detailed
photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for the damaged
products to be returned to us and a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as
possible.

5. Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine
the problem and the most suitable solution for you. Please provide proof of purchase and,
if possible, photographs of the issue.

6. Shipping Costs: Customers will bear the shipping costs when returning the product for
warranty service. The Company will cover the shipping costs when sending the repaired
or replacement product back to the customer.

7. Third-Party Products: For products manufactured by third parties and sold through our
platform, the responsibility for quality and safety falls on the respective manufacturers.
Warranties, guarantees, and the overall quality and safety of these products are the sole
responsibility of the respective manufacturers. We recommend reviewing all product
information thoroughly and contacting the manufacturers directly for further details or
concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be held liable for any incidental or
consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. The maximum liability of
the Company related to a defective product shall not exceed the purchase price of that
defective product.

9. Disclaimer: This warranty replaces all other express warranties. Any implied warranties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are
limited to the one-year duration of this warranty.
